The LARRGE Events
Kick-Off Meeting, 16 February 2009

The project consortium members held their first meeting on 16 February 2009. The Austrian Chamber of Labour hosted the event, providing a meeting venue with an impressing view over the rooftops of the Viennese city centre.
Following the introduction of participants, the BIM team reported on the project steps taken so far and presented a draft layout of the LARRGE website, which was met with approval. The overall work and objectives of the project as well as the role and contribution of the consortium partners were reviewed.
The team discussed in detail the particular tasks attributed to the project partners and the respective methods of implementation. This discussion particularly focused on the framework for analysis of CSR tools, the questionnaires to be applied in the stakeholder survey and the structure of the end product, the LARRGE Guide.
Planning the working conference in September 2009 and defining the next steps forward marked the end of the first, very fruitful LARRGE meeting.
