The two-day LARRGE Working Conference, taking place 1^st and 2^nd September 2009, constitutes the core event of the LARRGE project.

It is a gathering place for representatives of CSR tool developing institutions, EU and international CSR expert organisations focusing on decent work, as well as selected companies. The conference is dedicated to an intense exchange of experiences on CSR tool development and practical implementation with business partners. Participants have the opportunity to discuss specific challenges and new trends and developments in working- and focus groups. Moreover, profound information on the basic approach to and the practical process of implementation of CSR tools, as well as monitoring mechanisms ensuring a human rights based approach to CSR, are collected. For these purposes, the project team conducts in-depth interviews with representatives of selected institutions. Keynote speeches and panel discussions with international experts complete the conference program and will open the floor for discussions on more global concerns.
